To open an account on Mostpalay, you need an active mobile number or email address and must be at least 18 years old. Simply fill in your name, mobile number, and a strong password in the registration form to get started. KYC verification may be required later for withdrawals.

Registration on Mostpalay is completely free and takes just 2–3 minutes. After filling in the form, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile — verify it and your account will be activated instantly.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. A reset link or OTP will be sent within seconds. Use it to set a new password and store it somewhere safe.

Under Mostpalay's policy, each user may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, they may be suspended and any funds held could be forfeited.

To permanently close your account, email support@mostpalay.com or let the support team know via live chat. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
Deposits & Payments

Mostpalay supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers are also available. Deposits through any of these methods are simple and fast.

The minimum deposit at Mostpalay is just ৳300 BDT. This limit is set with budget-conscious bettors in Bangladesh in mind, so you can get started without a large upfront investment.

Deposits made via mobile banking (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited to your Mostpalay account within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours.

Mostpalay does not charge any fees for deposits. However, mobile banking providers such as Mobile Pay and Nagad may apply their own service charges, as determined by their respective policies.
Withdrawals & Payouts

Mostpalay typically processes withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes of receipt. During peak hours, it may take up to 24 hours. Having your account verification completed in advance helps speed up the process.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Mostpalay is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals below this amount are not permitted. The maximum withdrawal limit depends on your account tier and verification status.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory under international financial security regulations. It helps prevent account fraud and money laundering. Submit clear photos of both sides of your NID or passport along with a recent selfie — verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

To withdraw a bonus, you generally need to wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount, known as a rollover requirement. For example, a ৳100 BDT bonus with a 5x rollover means you need to place ৳500 BDT in bets. Each bonus has its own rollover terms, which are clearly listed on the promotions page.

Yes, most bonuses come with an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days. If the rollover requirement isn't met within that timeframe, the bonus will be automatically forfeited. Make sure to use your bonus promptly after receiving it.
Betting & Live Markets
